AI Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Tartu or Tallinn, Estonia

What you will do

• Help Infrastructure teams adopt AI capabilities and technologies to streamline, automate, and improve their work.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand needs and identify suitable AI-driven solutions.
• Act as the key AI competence holder within the Infrastructure unit, providing guidance on current and emerging AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and experts across other hirify.global departments.

Requirements

• Considerable experience designing and implementing AI-based solutions, preferably in enterprise environments, including agentic AI solutions.
• Strong, continuously up-to-date knowledge of AI technologies, platforms, capabilities, and the evolving AI landscape.
• Solid understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory considerations related to AI.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying or operating privately hosted AI solutions.
• Hands-on software engineering or programming experience.
