Infrastructure Regulations Support Project Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid, Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate regulatory projects and requests within the Infrastructure Business Unit.
• Interpret audit controls, gather evidence from technical teams, and defend the evidence during audit sessions.
• Act as the representative contact point for internal and external technical audits, both written and verbal.
• Create and maintain an infrastructure information knowledge base.
• Coordinate information flow with Infrastructure, Compliance, Security, and product delivery teams.
• Participate in creating infrastructure documentation and policies.

Requirements

• Proactive approach, ownership of responsibilities, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to build relationships.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with standards and regulatory audits.
• Previous work experience in IT.
• Experience working with legal documentation and regulations.
