Head of Operations (Fintech)

Location: Cairo Office; hybrid

hirify.global is a fintech investment platform democratizing access to investing in Egypt and expanding across the MENA region, with products including its core trading platform and Rumble investment recommendations.

What you will do

• Define the operating model across Trading Ops, Financial Ops, and Account Opening, including team structure and performance standards.
• Own daily and ad-hoc operational cycles across markets, including settlement, end-of-day processing, and reconciliation.
• Manage corporate actions such as dividends, splits, capital increases, IPOs, and tender offers.
• Oversee mutual fund operations, funding channels, same-day exception handling, and external partner coordination.
• Build and develop operations teams across trading, money movement, and account opening.
• Establish incident management as a core operational discipline.

Requirements

• Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, or a high-ownership generalist role at a fast-growing company.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build scalable operating systems.
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with data, ability to turn findings into a clear narrative, and willingness to learn and rely heavily on SQL.
• Experience managing and developing people, with high standards for performance and culture.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Compliance and manage exchanges, clearing houses, asset managers, and banks.
• Ability to learn and apply new regulatory and operational frameworks quickly.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
