Copywriter (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Warsaw, Poland; working from the Warsaw office 3 days a week is required.

What you will do

• Write and edit English-language copy for all brand channels while maintaining the hirify.global voice.
• Create short-form and campaign copy, including social posts, advertisements, launch messaging, and headlines.
• Develop campaign narratives with the Creative Team and participate in ideation.
• Write long-form SEO and PR content, including blog articles, website content, and press releases.
• Craft newsletters and CRM emails, then improve them based on performance results.
• Review Polish versions for accuracy, tone, and consistency with the original, while following design and cultural developments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand copywriting.
• Portfolio demonstrating both short-form and long-form copy.
• Strong editing skills and a natural approach to SEO writing.
• Ability to adapt tone for different channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as CRM, SEO, and Product.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, with final copy written by you.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Linear or similar tools.
• Full proficiency in English and Polish.
• Availability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week.

• Experience writing SEO-driven website and blog content.
• Experience writing newsletters and CRM emails and optimizing them based on results.
• Experience writing press releases and PR content.
• Experience working in Linear.
• Experience building reusable AI workflows, prompts, skills, or automations.
