Digital Analyst (UAE Nationals) (Digital Analytics/Aviation): Analyzing and visualizing digital and enterprise data for commercial and digital problem statements with an accent on ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on identifying root causes, improving analytical solutions, automating recurring work, and developing expertise across Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; UAE Nationals only

What you will do
- Analyze requirements and identify or design solutions for high-value analytical problems across digital and commercial teams.
- Execute complex ad-hoc analyses using digital, enterprise, and other in-house data resources, proactively identifying insights and root causes.
- Summarize and visualize results, highlighting insights for business development.
- Maintain documentation of analytical solutions and methodologies.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities and recommend priorities to the wider team.
- Develop expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, advanced analytical and database tools, and relevant analytical disciplines; act as an expert and coach for peers.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting, database management, and/or Data Science models used in commercial or digital processes.
- Experience in aviation industry Digital Analytics or Business Analytics is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- UAE Nationals eligibility is required.
Nice to have
- Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques.
- Experience within the aviation industry in Digital Analytics or Business Analytics.
