Senior UI Designer (AI)

Location: Budapest, Bartók Béla út, Hungary; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Design visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers and cross-functional stakeholders to create cohesive user experiences and iterate based on feedback and user testing.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, component libraries, prototypes, mockups, and developer-ready design specifications.
• Contribute to visual identity and branding projects, applying graphic design expertise across digital touchpoints.
• Conduct design reviews, lead presentations and workshops, and provide constructive feedback.
• Explore AI tools and current design practices, while mentoring other designers and supporting their professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process and high-quality UI work, ideally including graphic design and branding projects.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, layout, and visual consistency.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create responsive designs for different devices and screen sizes.
• Confident use of AI tools in the design process and interest in exploring new tools and workflows.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in branding and visual identity design.
• Experience in the financial and healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development.
