Senior Corporate Communications Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and measure annual external communications plans for Southeast Europe, supporting hirify.global’s reputation and business objectives.
• Develop thought-leadership strategies and corporate narratives for clients, stakeholders, local markets, and regional audiences.
• Direct PR agencies, provide briefings and communications toolkits, and coordinate messaging with subject-matter experts and business units.
• Advise SEE and CISSEE leadership teams on executive communications, corporate culture, strategy, and external storytelling.
• Build relationships with associations, regional media, KOLs, influencers, clients, and other stakeholders; plan media opportunities, events, social media, and owned-channel activities.
• Manage crisis responses, communications programs, budgets, compliance processes, media monitoring, reporting, and agency capability development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in communications, preferably including both in-house and agency experience.
• Fluent Serbian and English.
• Experience developing and implementing corporate, B2B, technology, and consumer PR.
• Experience managing complex business issues and developing communications responses.
• Proven ability to generate stories that drive business outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience project managing projects and budgets, managing agencies, and working with remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under short timelines.
• Experience with channel and content strategies, including amplification across social channels; proficiency with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other communication technologies.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, curiosity, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the political and business issues facing hirify.global, as well as business ecosystems, strategic priorities, data privacy, innovation, payments, fintech, digital currency and crypto, budget planning, and corporate policies and processes.
• Strategic communications judgment, research and data-driven thinking, audience and technology knowledge, public representation skills, and strong writing and storytelling ability.
