Marketing Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate CRM data, build and enrich target lists, and monitor automated outreach funnels.
• Identify workflow issues and report weekly on operational results.
• Coordinate recurring meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project trackers, owners, deadlines, business tools, and the company knowledge base.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, PMO, business analysis, or sales/marketing operations at a startup, agency, or consultancy.
• Ability to turn unstructured inputs into clear trackers, useful dashboards, and repeatable processes.
• Comfort working with CRM and automation tools and learning new systems.
• Proactive approach to tracking commitments, identifying blockers early, and closing action items without reminders.
• Strong written and spoken English.
