Principal Consultant, Penetration Testing (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead comprehensive penetration tests across network, web application, cloud, and mobile environments.
• Deliver assessments using Frontier AI Defense test harnesses, platforms, and frontier models.
• Develop custom scripts, tools, methodologies, and internal infrastructure to automate and improve offensive security engagements and research.
• Lead client engagements, explain testing approaches to technical and executive audiences, and scope new opportunities.
• Produce detailed reports covering test results, risks, and concrete remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients and travel as needed to meet business demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of professional information security experience focused on penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Expertise with Metasploit, Burp Suite Pro, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Bloodhound.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming with Python, PowerShell, Ruby, or C++.
• Experience conducting penetration tests across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience managing or mentoring junior consultants on security engagements.
• Interest in LLM-driven offensive security.
• OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT, or GXPN certification.
• Experience with public speaking, publishing research, or contributing to the security community.
