TL;DR
ELD Team Lead (ELD/HOS Compliance): Leading an ELD team in a Tashkent office with an accent on team supervision, specialist training, driver-log review, and operational compliance. Focus on resolving escalations, coordinating driver availability and trip planning with dispatch, and adjusting working hours to meet operational needs.
Location: Tashkent office, onsite. Monday–Friday, 7:30–16:30 US Central Time; working hours may need to be adjusted when operational needs arise.
Salary: $2,000–$3,000 gross per month.

What you will do
- Supervise the ELD team and coordinate daily tasks.
- Train specialists and review the quality of their work.
- Review driver logs and ensure HOS/ELD compliance.
- Handle escalations and difficult operational decisions.
- Coordinate with dispatch on driver availability and trip planning.
- Hire new employees and build a strong team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of ELD experience.
- At least 1 year of team lead or management experience.
- Strong English proficiency, IELTS 7.0 or higher.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full-time, in-office availability in Tashkent.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours when operational needs arise.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of ELD experience and 2+ years of management experience.
- Trip planning experience.
- Knowledge of AI tools.
- Risk management experience.
- Spanish language skills.
