Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials (AI)

Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg; hybrid work with the opportunity to work from home, the client, or the office in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Take responsibility for consulting projects, design and deliver key outputs, and lead project work.
• Build relationships with middle and top management, adapt concepts to client needs, and facilitate workshops.
• Coach new hires and juniors, and mentor junior consultants through objective follow-up and feedback.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, commercial meetings, papers, and articles.
• Collaborate with sectoral and service working groups and lead internal projects.
• Help clients identify opportunities related to data and AI.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience or a PhD.
• Analytical thinking, including the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Fast learning, communication, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch.
• Passion for the energy sector.
