Implementation Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Coordinate bespoke implementation teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations throughout the client implementation lifecycle.
• Create implementation plans with deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies, and align stakeholders across concurrent implementations.
• Gather client impact data, including volume projections and expected response times, to support product prioritization and planning.
• Identify implementation risks, manage escalations, and lead cross-functional issue resolution.
• Define acceptance criteria, coordinate go-live activities, provide post-launch support, and complete structured handoffs to support teams.
• Document implementation journeys, analyze feedback and delivery data, and improve implementation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of implementation or project management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech environments.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, integrations, or embedded solutions from initiation through completion.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations with competing priorities.
• Experience managing relationships with technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where they intend to work.

Nice to have

• Background in payments, financial services, embedded finance, marketplace technologies, or API-driven products.
