CG Storyboard Artist

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia; applicants must have resided within BC as of December 31, 2025. Remote work is available within BC; artists in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland may choose hybrid or in-studio work.

Salary: $1,500–$1,800 CAD per week in Vancouver.

What you will do

• Illustrate stories, plan shots, and draw panels under the guidance of the Director and Storyboard Supervisor.
• Maintain drawing style, quality, and continuity.
• Collaborate with the production team while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow direction and notes from the Director and Storyboard Supervisor.
• Meet deadlines assigned by production management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant animation industry experience as a CG Storyboard Artist.
• Previous production experience with Storyboard Pro.
• Excellent drawing and composition skills.
• Ability to work efficiently on a timeline while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must have resided within BC as of December 31, 2025 and be able to provide appropriate supporting documents.

Nice to have

• Previous experience on an animated preschool series and/or action show.
• Experience with Blender.
• Being based in British Columbia.
