What you will do

  • Assess current sales methodologies for a key corporate brand.
  • Build tailored sales enablement materials and engaging instructional workshops.
  • Deliver intensive training sessions for sales teams.
  • Improve closing ratios, objection handling, and alignment with the brand's core value proposition.
  • Connect training activities to measurable business performance and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Sales Consultant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in direct, B2B, or B2C sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging, hands-on instructional materials and workshops.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect training activities to business performance.
