Content Marketing Intern (AI/SEO)

Location: NL-Hub, Netherlands; eligible to work in the Netherlands

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing team, and Business Marketers on assigned content projects.
• Support keyword research, SEO optimization, local search optimization, and website content updates, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
• Structure content for Generative Engine Optimization to increase the likelihood of brand citations and mentions in AI Overviews and LLM responses.
• Brief and review written, photo, and video content for the website, blog, and other owned media channels while maintaining brand identity and tone of voice.
• Maintain brand assets in the Bynder digital asset management tool and conduct competitive content analysis.
• Support content localization, commercial calendar activities, training materials, reporting processes, and the translation of AI-powered insights into recommendations for Hotel, Student, Coworking, Meet and Events, and Eat & Drink products.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
• Affinity with and passion for content marketing, digital marketing, and SEO.
• Strong interest in AI and geographic targeting in content and digital campaigns.
• Relevant job, side-job, or other side-activity experience.
• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop creative ideas for brand objectives and target consumers.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, scrupulous planning, open-mindedness, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Spanish, Catalan, Italian, French, German, or Portuguese language skills.
