Talent Acquisition & Social Media Intern

Location: Geneva, Switzerland. An EU passport or work permit for Switzerland and a valid internship agreement are required.

What you will do

• Create social media content showcasing company culture and career opportunities.
• Plan and execute participation in career fairs and recruitment events.
• Coordinate with crew management to keep career website content relevant for onboard and shoreside populations.
• Develop and execute content strategies that improve the candidate experience and support recruitment outcomes.
• Post accurate and compelling job openings across the career website, job boards, and social media channels.
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, and maintain candidate databases.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Native or bilingual English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Passion for the travel and hospitality industry.
• EU passport or work permit for Switzerland.
• Valid internship agreement.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills.
• Knowledge of native dashboard insights and publishing functionalities.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or Wix.
• Previous experience in content creation and community management.
