CRM Marketing Data Science Intern

What you will do

• Support the CRM Marketing Voice of Customer team with data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
• Analyse guest satisfaction scores and open-text feedback collected throughout the customer journey.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and extract data from core customer feedback datasets.
• Automate reports and work with modern analytics and customer feedback platforms.
• Assist with exploratory projects involving machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Contribute to business decisions affecting guests across the cruise fleet.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Academic exposure to data analysis, statistics, machine learning, or customer analytics.
• Experience working with datasets and deriving insights through analytical methods.
• Programming skills in SQL and Python.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Team-player attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Valid internship agreement.
