Graduate Designer - Next Sourcing - Menswear Graphics

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire, United Kingdom. On-site role; hybrid working may be available upon discussion. Travel within the UK may be required for inspiration and comp shopping.

What you will do

• Support the Menswear team with artworking and graphic design across jerseywear, casual shirts, formal shirts, heavyweight jersey, loungewear, and knitwear.
• Assist with design packs and other design materials, including visual mockups that communicate concepts clearly.
• Provide administrative support by managing daily requests, organising files, and maintaining resources.
• Prioritise multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate, high-quality outputs.
• Conduct trend research, analyse competitors and market influences, and build moodboards for seasonal concepts.
• Collaborate with the Print and Graphics Designer, Head of Graphics, and wider design team while learning cross-departmental product development processes.

Requirements

• 2025 or 2026 graduate available to join for 12 months, starting immediately.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, with confidence using these tools daily.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
• Reliable, flexible, and consistent, with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Strong eye for design, trends, and creativity, with enthusiasm for seeing work make a visible impact.
• Digital portfolio required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Graphic design experience within a fashion context.
• Knowledge of AI tools to support design work.
