Testing Analyst Senior (Test Automation)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; hybrid model with part-time work from home and part-time work from the office.

Salary: EUR 30,000–35,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and maintain automated test cases for PRIME applications across assigned client projects.
• Expand automated test suite coverage using in-house tools and automation frameworks.
• Prepare, execute, and maintain test plans, scenarios, and cases covering technical and business requirements.
• Investigate application and script defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with development teams on resolutions.
• Produce test results, quality metrics, risk and issue reports, and daily progress updates for Test Managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the Bank Card Industry.
• Experience with software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.
• Programming or scripting experience in C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, including JIRA, Zephyr, ALM/Quality Center, or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, strong organization, time management, analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in defect and incident management processes.
• ISEB, ISTQB, or equivalent testing certification.
• Previous software testing environment experience with detailed knowledge of testing tools and techniques.
• Experience developing and implementing integration, functional, and regression testing processes.
• Experience supporting testing activities across multiple clients or projects.
