TL;DR
WordPress Developer (PHP/Vue): Developing and optimizing CubiCasa’s marketing website and photographer marketplace with an accent on custom WordPress architecture, marketing integrations, security, performance, and Technical SEO. Focus on building scalable themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and conversion flows while managing cloud infrastructure, cross-browser quality, and reliable deployments.
Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid work with an expected 2–3 days at the office per week. Relocation support is available when moving to Finland.

What you will do
- Architect, extend, and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and technical features for the marketing website and Photographer Marketplace.
- Build CRM, analytics, attribution, landing-page, conversion-flow, and A/B testing integrations with marketing and product design teams.
- Manage dependencies, staging and production environments, uptime, performance, and security.
- Improve Technical SEO, accessibility, loading speeds, and web performance using tools such as Semrush, Plausible, and Google Search Console.
- Drive roadmap items independently, maintain cross-browser QA standards, and deliver reliable deployments with minimal bug rates.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins with PHP, JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS/SASS, MySQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience integrating marketing, CRM, and analytics platforms, including GA4, GTM, and Plausible, with reliable conversion and event tracking.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Nginx/Apache, and AWS tools including Lightsail, RDS, S3, and CloudFront.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Composer, npm, wp-cli, command-line tools, and AI-native IDEs.
- Strong foundation in Technical SEO, web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser and device testing.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and willingness to take end-to-end technical ownership.
- Full working proficiency in English.
