Founding Machine Learning & Data Science Engineer (AI)

Location: Onsite in London, United Kingdom; UK citizenship required.

Salary: £60,000–£90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build predictive machine learning models, including time-series forecasting and sequence modelling.
• Apply advanced machine learning and reinforcement learning to real-world optimisation problems.
• Own data pipelines, model deployment, and ML architecture.
• Work alongside the founding team on systems with applications in AI, optimisation, and autonomous operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production machine learning experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with time-series forecasting, probabilistic modelling, or reinforcement learning.
• Strong data engineering, model evaluation, and problem-solving abilities.
• UK citizenship and availability to work onsite in London.
