Motion and Visual Designer (AI-Native)

What you will do

• Lead motion design across social media, campaigns, brand, and product experiences.
• Create social-first motion content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Design and animate landing pages, feature launches, in-app moments, standout screens, and product visuals.
• Shape brand assets and evolve how the brand looks and moves in the AI space.
• Use AI image, video, 3D, and code tools to explore concepts, prototype, and produce creative work.
• Build motion systems and templates that enable fast, consistent production from rough concept to shipped work.

Requirements

• Personal portfolio website and showreel required; Behance, Dribbble, or PDF portfolios alone will not be considered.
• High-level portfolio range across social, brand, and UI work.
• Crafted motion design with strong timing, easing, and storytelling.
• Strong visual judgment in typography, colour, composition, and layout.
• Ability to create standout interfaces, landing pages, and product visuals from plain interfaces.
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative, image, video, and motion tools, with a clear perspective on their appropriate use.
• Mastery of After Effects and Figma, with Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Understanding of social media and what makes a brand worth following.

Nice to have

• Creative technology experience with Rive, Lottie, Spline, or Three.js.
• Experience creating personal prototypes through vibe coding.
