Senior Manager, SIEM/SOAR Engineer (CrowdStrike)

Location: Remote within the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CrowdStrike MDR and Next Gen SIEM implementations for enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Define repeatable operating procedures, playbooks, delivery frameworks, baseline configurations, and deployment templates.
• Manage and mentor detection engineers and consultants across CrowdStrike Falcon modules.
• Oversee detection logic, correlation rules, SOC process optimization, and post-incident detection enhancements.
• Develop automation accelerators and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Engage client executives, technical stakeholders, and technology alliances while tracking delivery metrics, SLAs, satisfaction, and program profitability.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity delivery, operations, or consulting, preferably in MDR, SOC, or detection engineering programs.
• Proven experience leading teams deploying CrowdStrike Falcon and CrowdStrike LogScale.
• Strong understanding of SIEM/SOAR operations, detection logic, and threat response workflows.
• Experience designing or maturing MDR service models, including processes, metrics, automation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Terraform, PowerShell, or Python for automation and configuration management.
• Deep familiarity with multi-tenant operations, Flight Control, and Azure Lighthouse environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including direct interaction with client CISOs and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Security consulting or managed services leadership experience, preferably with a Big Four firm, MSSP, or global cybersecurity provider.
• CrowdStrike certifications such as CCFA, CCFR, or CCSA, or equivalent credentials.
• Familiarity with Defender Suite integration and hybrid XDR architecture.
• Knowledge of ROI modeling, efficiency metrics, and service-based automation frameworks.
• Business acumen linking detection and response outcomes to client risk reduction and value realization.
