Real Time Index Production Analyst (AI)

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The role supports global, shift-based real-time production cycles across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

What you will do

• Execute and oversee complex real-time and end-of-day index production workflows within strict deadlines and zero-error controls.
• Validate market data inputs, corporate actions, and index outputs; investigate exceptions and resolve production issues.
• Own incident and problem management, including root cause analysis, remediation, stakeholder coordination, and durable solutions with Technology.
• Use AI-enabled tools such as anomaly detection, AI-assisted log analysis, LLM-based copilots, API automation, and data reconciliation to improve operations.
• Support testing, deployments, product launches, methodology changes, and production readiness while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, control frameworks, and audit-ready production practices while collaborating with Product, Technology, Client Services, and global teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in index production, financial data operations, or real-time market data environments.
• Experience with index production workflows, including index calculation, rebalancing, and corporate actions handling.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, such as generative AI copilots, anomaly detection systems, or API-driven automation tools, and strong interest in applying AI/ML to production workflows.
• Experience operating in high-stakes, time-sensitive, SLA-driven environments with a strong focus on accuracy, control, and zero-defect delivery.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, index methodologies, and data workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting; working knowledge of Excel.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Splunk; workflow orchestration, APIs, dashboards, and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, technical, and operational skills, including the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and resolve complex production issues.
• Willingness to work in a global, shift-based environment supporting real-time production cycles.
