Localization Tools Support Specialist (AI Automation)

Location: Hybrid, with regular office presence in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Identify manual and repetitive localization processes and transform them into efficient automated solutions.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize scripts, tools, and workflows using AI technologies and automation best practices.
• Administer localization platforms and supporting databases, including user access, maintenance, upgrades, backups, and performance monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting localization systems and services, and maintain internal tools and projects.
• Create technical documentation and promote secure, responsible, and effective AI use across localization workflows.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with Engineering, Production, Localization, IT, Security, and other stakeholders on process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in localization engineering, automation, systems support, or a similar technical role.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that reduce manual work.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and technologies to build practical automation solutions.
• Working knowledge of databases and database management concepts.
• Experience with localization platforms, translation management systems, or CAT tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with memoQ, including server administration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Azure and Git.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale localization environments.
