Transport Planner LH Transportation-2 (Logistics)

What you will do

• Plan and optimize international transportation solutions by balancing business requirements, service levels, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipments with internal stakeholders, warehouses, hubs, ports, and transportation providers to support on-time, in-full delivery.
• Track shipment milestones, identify delays or disruptions, and implement solutions to minimize operational impact.
• Execute shipment costing and ensure compliance with freight contracts, procurement guidelines, internal controls, SOPs, work instructions, lane specifications, and transportation regulations.
• Build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support communication, coordination, and service quality.
• Analyze transport performance and identify continuous-improvement opportunities in planning, service quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or international operations; relevant internships are also considered for recent graduates.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including collaboration with international teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of transport planning, shipment coordination, and freight operations.
• Experience with SAP or other Transportation Management or ERP systems.
