What you will do

• Lead and mentor a large and diverse digital organization to deliver and maintain multiple products and technologies.
• Establish and maintain a high-performance culture that fosters innovation, excellence, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies for software development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality requirements for regions in Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including vendors, partners, and industry peers.
• Have a customer-led view on deliveries and priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading within the grocery retail sector or equivalent would be a strong advantage.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of the product led operating model and experience of supporting delivery through multi discipline teams.
• Significant experience running large technology organizations within global enterprises to build, launch and operate software solutions at scale.
• Technical expertise that extends across the energy and convenience sector, including industry standards like Connexus and IFSF, POS, and supply chain systems.
• Experience with PCI and other relevant governance and regulatory compliance standards.
