Hirify AI/Оригинал
TL;DR
Postdoctoral Research Associate - Immunology (T-cell Biology/Immunology): Investigating how regulatory T cells control autoimmune inflammation, tissue stress responses, age-associated immune dysregulation, and anti-tumor immunity with an accent on gene-regulatory networks, Foxp3-dependent programs, and synthetic immune engineering. Focus on combining mouse genetics, human T-cell biology, molecular biology, genomics, and functional immunology to uncover mechanisms of immune regulation and develop strategies for immune modulation.
Location: Memphis, TN, United States
Company
hirify.global is a pediatric research hospital supporting fundamental and translational biomedical research.
What you will do
Investigate how regulatory T cells regulate autoimmune inflammation, tissue stress responses, age-associated immune dysregulation, and anti-tumor immunity.
Develop synthetic and engineering-based approaches to control and reprogram T-cell function for basic and translational research.
Study gene-regulatory networks and Foxp3-dependent programs that establish, maintain, and destabilize regulatory T-cell identity and function.
Apply mouse genetics, human T-cell biology, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, functional immunology, genomics, and synthetic immunology.
Contribute to fundamental and translational immunology projects supported by multiple NIH grants.
Requirements
Recent Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in immunology, T-cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, cancer biology, cell biology, developmental biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
Research interest in T-cell biology, immune regulation, disease pathogenesis, cancer immunology, systems biology, or synthetic immune engineering.
