Principal Engineer, Systems Integrator (DevOps)

What you will do

• Design and integrate product components and microservices into VM and Kubernetes solutions across cloud and telecom infrastructures.
• Investigate logs, identify errors, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve platform performance.
• Research and implement platform and customized solutions for products and customers.
• Support internal and external customers as a technical partner and provide technical product support.
• Integrate products in different Kubernetes environments and ensure robust CI/CD automation.
• Contribute to internal and customer projects, document solutions, share knowledge, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Mastery of Kubernetes environments and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as OCP, Robin IO, MWP, AWS, AKS, or AON.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Experience with Atlassian tools and GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently resolve complex issues.
• Flexibility, proactivity, willingness to learn new skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in multiorganization teams, and strong team-player qualities.
