Senior System Analyst / System Analyst - CRM (Angular)

What you will do

• Manage the implementation and support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
• Handle enterprise business application development.
• Implement, optimize, and test single-page applications.
• Work hands-on with business and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
• Deploy and integrate frontend applications with AWS services including Cognito, CloudFront, and S3.
• Apply authentication protocols and frontend development practices within Agile, DevOps, and Scrum environments.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in system development and implementation. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the System Analyst position.
• Strong technical orientation and business acumen, with hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams.
• Solid experience implementing, optimizing, and testing single-page applications, with knowledge of material design principles.
• Solid experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, Lodash, and CSS preprocessors.
• Solid experience with JavaScript testing toolchains such as Jasmine and Karma.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile Development, DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Experience deploying and integrating frontend applications with AWS Cognito, CloudFront, and S3.
• Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, or SAML authentication protocols.
• Proficiency in spoken English and Putonghua.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as VueJS and React.
• Knowledge of CRM implementation best practices and a strong understanding of business solutions.
