Supplier Quality Manager (Aerospace)

Salary: $100,750–$154,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead a team of Supplier Quality Representatives overseeing supplier performance and product quality globally.
• Manage supplier quality throughout the product lifecycle, including onboarding, First Part Qualification, product sourcing, First Article Inspection, and discrepancy investigation.
• Apply specialized technical expertise to resolve problems across supplier, management, procurement, and quality functions.
• Deliver supplier audits, discrepancy resolution, and Supplier Improvement Initiatives on schedule.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external customers, suppliers, and employees at all organizational levels.
• Establish program organization, work breakdown structures, performance reporting, visibility, and communication plans.

Requirements

• Experience in Supplier Quality Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Experience with customer flow-down requirements.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a quality or supply chain role.
• Experience in a leadership or management position.
• Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, and AS9145.
• Experience in aerospace and manufacturing.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams and project management.
• Experience presenting to and interacting with all organizational levels.
• Governance and compliance experience, including AS9100 or other external audits.
• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or another industry certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree.
