UX/UI Designer - Editor Platform (AI)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Editor groups to define, design, and deliver products.
• Own functional design and create wireframes and prototypes from rough sketches to detailed designs.
• Conduct product research using support tickets, data, competitor analysis, and other inputs.
• Map user scenarios and create product flows.
• Drive the full design cycle from research and inspiration through pixel-perfect product delivery, using AI tools to prototype and validate ideas.
• Analyze product data and conduct usability sessions with real users after launch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX and UI design experience in product teams.
• Strong understanding of UX patterns and the product lifecycle, including research, prototyping, design, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex, plus sufficient technical and development knowledge to build functional prototypes, understand code, and collaborate closely with engineers.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong experience building and working with design systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to understand complex systems quickly and turn them into clear, pixel-perfect design solutions.
