UI Designer (Brand UI)

Location: Tel Aviv; fully in person, 5 days per week from the office.

What you will do

• Design and evolve visual UI languages and scalable design solutions across multiple products.
• Create and refine UI components, patterns, layouts, and product experiences while considering their impact on broader design systems.
• Design visual product experiences including complex product UI, motion, interactions, loaders, illustration systems, and AI experiences.
• Translate product needs, brand principles, and visual foundations into clear, thoughtful, scalable product experiences.
• Identify meaningful ways to bring the brand into product experiences and strengthen the connection between product and brand.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, UX teams, Product Managers, developers, Design System teams, and Brand and Marketing designers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, or a similar digital product design role, including experience in a high-tech company, startup, or design agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, attention to detail, and polished digital interface design.
• Strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, components, hierarchy, typography, layout, and interaction design.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to understand how individual design decisions affect larger products, experiences, and visual ecosystems.
• High proficiency in Figma, experience with complex design systems and component libraries, and confidence using AI tools in the design process.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment without predefined solutions for every problem.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
• Experience with motion, interaction design, and illustration systems.
