Frontend xEngineer (AI)

Location: Kyiv; fully in person, 5 days a week from the office.

What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end systems and features across product flows, user experience, APIs, data models, and production systems.
• Define frontend architecture and make trade-offs involving performance, scalability, accessibility, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Apply AI-powered tools across planning, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and refactoring.
• Build and evolve complex micro-frontends and production systems using continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver observable, high-quality products and maintain long-term system health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, including a proven track record of working at scale and owning real production systems.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, plus mastery of TypeScript and modern build tools.
• Experience using AI tools in an engineering workflow, with the ability to evaluate, validate, and iterate on AI-generated UI and logic.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and testing.
• Understanding of systems end to end, from product behavior and UX through data flows and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work independently, share knowledge, adopt best practices, and collaborate effectively.
• Commitment to product impact, technical excellence, and continuous learning in an AI-driven environment.
