User Acquisition Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Manage and scale high-budget paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, X/Twitter, and other major advertising networks.
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics and optimize campaigns against business KPIs.
• Use big data and market trends to identify new growth channels and audience segments.
• Test and integrate new advertising features and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and data teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to translate raw data into actionable growth strategies.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading initiatives end-to-end.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or marketing.
• Knowledge of SQL.
