Junior Content Specialist (AI/SEO)

Location: Oslo, Norway; full-time role based at the Oslo office. Norwegian residency is required.

What you will do

• Create high-quality blog posts, product and category texts, press releases, and graphic and interactive formats for clients.
• Produce content designed to rank on Google and be picked up, cited and trusted by AI models.
• Support Digital PR efforts through content that builds authority and mentions driving AI visibility.
• Explore new AI tools to improve day-to-day content work.
• Own tasks from start to finish, manage multiple deadlines, maintain quality, and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Early-career profile with clear content experience, preferably in content creation, journalism, communication, marketing or a similar area.
• Strong writing ability, including creating engaging, well-structured content tailored to different audiences and formats.
• Strong ability and willingness to learn, with an organised and structured approach.
• Interest in AI search, visibility in AI models and Digital PR; curiosity about AI as a practical tool.
• Ability to take responsibility for personal performance and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mindset, appreciation of community, teamwork and shared values.
• Fluent spoken and written Norwegian and English.
• Resident of Norway, as the role is based at the Oslo office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO is not required but is relevant to the role.
