Web & Brand Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead web and brand design projects from concept to completion for products reaching millions of users.
• Design and build high-quality websites across company platforms, improving interactions, layouts, and visual trends while following user needs and product guidelines.
• Develop branding concepts, cohesive visual languages, typography systems, imagery, motion, and illustration assets.
• Conduct visual and web research to identify trends and establish new design standards.
• Collaborate with product, content, and QA teams to deliver performant, accessible, and responsive designs.
• Maintain design quality standards and exchange feedback with the design team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional web and brand design experience in a professional design environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence and technical execution from concept to launch.
• Ability to mentor junior designers, iterate quickly based on feedback, and collaborate with design colleagues.
• Excellent design skills, including branding and visual language creation.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools such as Claude Design, Figma Weave, Brik, Midjourney, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered and responsive design principles.
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, fast-learning, and able to find creative and technical solutions in new environments.
• Flexible and cross-functional, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Wix or comparable advanced web platforms such as Webflow or Framer.
• Motion design and After Effects experience.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• HTML and CSS knowledge.
