Android Developer (Kotlin)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-first work at the Stockholm studio with the option to work from home when it makes sense. You need to be based in Stockholm or within commuting distance. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Build and maintain native Android apps and production features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Ship and maintain Android applications used by real users.
• Take ownership of product quality and performance.
• Collaborate daily with designers, developers, QA engineers, analysts, and product leads to turn technical and business needs into working solutions.
• Work across team boundaries, take initiative, and make sound independent decisions while involving the right people when needed.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–4 years of professional experience building native Android applications with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• At least one app shipped to the Google Play Store, with experience releasing and maintaining an app in production.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical and business needs into working solutions with a product team.
• Self-driven approach, ownership of work, and willingness to ask for input when needed.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted and agentic development, with active and thoughtful use of AI tools in everyday work.
