Simulator Flight Instructor & Examiner (SFI / SFE) (Aviation)

Location: Burgess Hill, United Kingdom. Onsite roster at the Burgess Hill Training Centre, 5 days per week; must live within commutable distance, ideally within 1 hour or 30 miles, or make local arrangements.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality synthetic flight instruction across Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, and Challenger platforms.
• Lead simulator-based instruction and some classroom-based training for business aviation clients.
• Develop into a synthetic flight instructor, examiner, and subject matter expert.
• Maintain accurate trainee records in line with hirify.global policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use advanced synthetic training equipment and current aircraft technologies.
• Collaborate with client partners to support their training needs.

Requirements

• UK or EASA licence holder.
• 1,500+ hours of total multi-pilot time.
• Strong attention to detail in training delivery and record-keeping.
• Ability to tailor training sessions to trainees with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Interest in mentoring and developing industry professionals.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• High-level English reading, speaking, and communication skills.
• Ability to commit to a roster pattern with fixed days off.
• The right to live and work in the UK is desirable.
• Willingness to enter into a training bond whose value depends on existing experience and ratings.
