Data and Reporting Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the European Region; hybrid workplace with fully remote work from almost anywhere, optional offices, and relocation support.

What you will do

• Identify suitable data sources and storage solutions for different reporting needs.
• Extract, clean, analyze, cross-check, and reconcile large datasets from databases, internal systems, and spreadsheets.
• Build, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards for teams and management, including clear visualizations.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports with conclusions and monitor company performance metrics.
• Propose practical, data-driven solutions to business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on Tableau experience, including building dashboards from scratch, calculated fields, LOD expressions, filters, parameters, and data-source connections.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Experience working with large datasets and validating data quality.
• Understanding of core business and financial metrics, including revenue, costs, margins, and growth.
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest improvements independently.
