Senior Games Designer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple games from conceptualization through launch and live operations.
• Define product vision, positioning, success metrics, and core game mechanics for each title.
• Partner with mathematicians, designers, studios, and other functions to develop competitive iLottery game experiences.
• Own game performance metrics including engagement, retention, and monetization; analyze data and player behavior to drive improvements and scaling strategies.
• Guide creative and production direction for studios and mentor mid-level product managers or team members.
• Ensure games meet regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience focused on slot games, iGaming, or casino products.
• Experience launching multiple commercially successful games, including strong engagement, retention, or revenue performance.
• Deep expertise in iLottery, slot mechanics, RNG systems, and monetization development.
• Ability to work productively with designers, product managers, producers, engineers, artists, and QA.
• Strong data analysis skills for guiding product decisions and growth strategies.
• Ability to receive feedback, advocate for a point of view, and find effective compromises.
• Strong communication and partner management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
