Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Recruit across technical functions and seniority levels, including complex and niche positions.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess technical requirements and competencies, and support a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, research the market, and improve sourcing approaches and hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
• Strong experience recruiting technical specialists across different functions and seniority levels.
• Good understanding of the technology market and ability to discuss technical requirements with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proven proactive sourcing and headhunting experience for complex or niche technical roles.
• Experience recruiting across Ukraine and/or European markets.
• Knowledge of modern candidate assessment and competency-based interviewing approaches.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment or sourcing tools.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and act as a recruitment partner.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, recruitment data, and market insight skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, product, startup, outsourcing, or hyper-growth environments.
