Java Developer (Middle/Senior)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Java-based web applications and APIs for a large-scale card application system.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise solutions following software engineering best practices.
• Develop and operate large-scale systems with high requirements for stability, reliability, and scalability.
• Design, maintain, and optimize Oracle SQL queries to support data integrity and performance.
• Implement unit tests with JUnit and mocking frameworks, and troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams while improving application performance, code quality, and development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Middle level: 3–4 years of experience; Senior level: 5–7 years of experience in Java Web/API development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot or Java Web and Enterprise Java (Java EE) technologies.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, particularly Oracle databases, including query writing and performance optimization.
• Experience developing and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications requiring stability, reliability, and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and mocking frameworks.
• Familiarity with source control systems and defect tracking tools.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with JSF, microservices architecture, or cloud computing.
• Basic knowledge of Vue.js to facilitate collaboration with frontend teams; direct Vue.js development experience is not required.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Team Leader.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or credit card systems.
