Senior Logistics Specialist

Location: Novomoskovsk, Tula Oblast, Russian Federation; full-time, 40 hours per week. Relocation and housing support are available for relocation to Novomoskovsk from more than 50 km away from the permanent residence.

Salary: from 115,000 RUB gross per month. Relocation and housing support: 16,000 RUB gross per month; Flex4Me benefit: 5,000 RUB net per month.

What you will do

• Ensure timely delivery of raw and packaging materials to the plant.
• Coordinate with the planning center, procurement department, supplier management groups, customs representatives, carriers, suppliers, and internal functions.
• Ensure compliance with Russian Federation and Customs Union regulations and assist with customs documentation.
• Oversee transport documentation and transit, resolving supply issues across internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and lead logistics optimization projects.
• Improve logistics processes and develop new solutions through automation and digitalization.

Requirements

• Any higher education degree.
• Readiness for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
• Learning agility and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Skills in interacting with various departments and external partners.
• Skills in process analysis and optimization.

Nice to have

• Work experience with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, C1, or Oracle.
• Power BI experience.
• Previous work experience in logistics.
