Platform Economy Manager (iGaming)

Location: Full-time in-office position in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.

What you will do

• Analyze game economies and business metrics to identify interdependencies and support data-informed decisions.
• Build models forecasting the impact of changes on player behavior, retention, and revenue.
• Evaluate financial performance, forecast revenue, optimize costs, and analyze large datasets for actionable trends.
• Monitor gaming products, features, events, marketing campaigns, and revenue-generating initiatives, taking corrective action when needed.
• Configure CRM and other operational systems for marketing campaigns, player segmentation, and feature rollouts.
• Recommend improvements to game features, in-game economies, acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• 4–5+ years of experience in similar analytical roles in the social casino or iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex data queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Passion for the social gaming industry and an adaptable attitude.
• Proactive, assertive, goal-oriented, self-managed approach focused on goals rather than tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and models such as R or SAS.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
