Community Intern (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Remote-friendly hybrid role with occasional in-person meetings in São Paulo when needed.

What you will do

• Respond to player queries, follow up on issues, and guide players through features and functionalities.
• Track and report product issues.
• Collect, organize, and relay player feedback, feature requests, and insights to relevant internal teams.
• Interact with players through public and private social media messages, share updates, and identify trends.
• Contribute to social media content creation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Player- or customer-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Openness to exploring how AI tools can be applied to community management and player support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and social media.
• Experience with help desk software or remote support tools.
• Investigative mindset with an interest in spotting patterns and analyzing data to surface insights.
