What you will do

  • Launch and manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Configure advertising funnels for lead generation, sales, traffic, and hypothesis testing.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize performance against KPIs.
  • Recommend improvements to creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
  • Prepare clear reports and collaborate with the project team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a PPC Specialist.
  • Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • English proficiency at B1 or higher.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and key metrics, including CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CR.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and accountability.

Nice to have

  • Agency experience.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads.
