Content Enrichment Specialist - Part time Short-term (United Kingdom)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom; work must be performed consistently from a location within the candidate's home state or locality.

What you will do

• Review video content against provided guidelines to meet client goals and deliverables.
• Research video content, provide editorial feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partnerships.
• Identify patterns and trends while applying awareness of cultural and political developments.
• Complete agreed shifts on time, evaluate assigned video volumes, and meet daily deliverables.
• Attend required company, manager, and team meetings and contribute to special projects.
• Use company- and client-approved AI tools and policies in project workflows and identify emerging AI trends.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant job or industry.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work as an individual contributor, communicate responsively, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work the agreed shifts from a location within the candidate’s home state or locality due to legal requirements and the sensitivity of the material.

Nice to have

• Experience working remotely and within multicultural teams.
• Experience with content moderation, content review, curation, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of content review guidelines and best practices.
• Copywriting and proofreading experience, preferably focused on entertainment content.
• Comfort using Google Suite, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing guidelines, workflows, and tools.
• Strong understanding of digital streaming products, particularly video and its ecosystem.
• Analytical and objective approach to reviewing information in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in or knowledge of pop culture, social media trends, creators, and trending video content.
• Familiarity with memes, hit songs, and pop culture trends across music, dance, gaming, beauty, fashion, film, television, pets, comedy, sports, and other verticals.
• Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, Twitch, Clubhouse, and similar social media platforms.
