Flutter Developer (FinTech)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan; remote, office-based, and hybrid work options are available. The role is not available in some regions.

Salary: EUR 1,000–1,500 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop a cross-platform Corporate Banking application with Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Migrate existing functionality from native Swift and Kotlin implementations to Flutter and adapt it to a cross-platform architecture.
• Update API endpoint mappings and variables, integrate existing APIs, and maintain communication with backend services.
• Improve self-service banking kiosk functionality, including debit card issuance and customer self-service capabilities.
• Use AI tools, analyze incomplete technical requirements independently, and make technical decisions.
• Adapt development approaches to changing priorities and deliver tasks under tight deadlines in a startup-style project environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Flutter Developer.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON; ability to optimize API requests and manage data efficiently.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of BLoC and Provider state-management patterns.
• Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile applications.
• Experience with build automation, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines for Flutter, such as Codemagic or GitHub Actions.
• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests in Flutter; familiarity with Flutter Driver and Appium.
• Experience with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Crashlytics.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and onboard new employees.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with native Android development using Java or Kotlin and iOS development using Swift or Objective-C.
