🌀 Head of Procurement Department (Oil & Gas)

Moscow

Responsibilities
- Organizing the search for and selection of suppliers of process equipment and skid-mounted (packaged) equipment;
- Organizing the technical evaluation and approval of supplier proposals;
- Preparing supplier selection decisions;
- Analyzing the market and attracting new suppliers to participate in tender procedures;
- Determining the lowest achievable price and the cost basis of purchased equipment;
- Ensuring the continuous, uninterrupted operation of the procurement departments.

Requirements
- Higher education (technical degree preferred);
- At least 3 years of experience as a procurement manager for complex process equipment (compressor units, pumping units, modular/block-type units, static equipment, power equipment, etc.);
- Knowledge of the manufacturer and supplier market for the specified equipment categories;
- Experience working with the Chinese market;
- Knowledge of supplier analysis and evaluation methods;
- Willingness to continuously study, analyze, and propose solutions for implementing and optimizing existing supply schemes aimed at reducing the Company’s costs, and to make decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes;
- Willingness to travel on business trips.
